A desk review is a check of my questions to make sure it is easy to understand and check that it is not biased. I also need to check to make sure the survey meets the outlined purpose at the start.

Final Questionnaire
The last step is to finalise any changes to your questionnaire after the pilot study.
In this blog post you need reflect on whether your questionnaire meets the purpose.
1) Include a PDF copy of your Questionnaire
2) List the purposes and then comment - which questions are for which of the purpose statements
the first purpose was to.... Questions 4-6 are designed to find out about the satisfaction
3) Reflect on the choices you have made and the reasons you are making it
4) Describe how the survey will be completed and how you will access the target population - reflect on how easy it is to get the survey to the target population. Which method is the best to meet the purpose
eg via the website, sent out via an email list, customer database, all students in school, local newsletter...
The survey will be completed via google form. I choose google form because it is a standard and commonly used tool for questionnaires. The second sentence in purpose relates to questions 4-7

Pilot Survey
A pilot survey is used to test my questionnaire and to get a better understanding from different sources on how you can improve and adjust your survey. This can be very beneficial because it can make the survey better and iron out and mistakes. It's important to get this feedback so you can get the best possible responses and therefore getting the best data possible. The better the data from the questionnaire the better review will be that the SVA will get. Based on the feedback from the pilot survey will determine how much I change the following questions.

First Draft
Today in class I started writing my first questions for my survey. I choose different questions styles for the different types of questions. I used alike art scale to see if they found the website satisfactory, I felt the alike art was the best fit for this question. To follow up on this question I asked them why they choose the answer that they did so I can give feedback to the SVA so they can better there sit through constructive criticism. I also asked about there demographics just in case I want to investigate this topic in further detail.

The follwoing is the scenario for my maths assignment on questionnaire design.
The Board of the Student Volunteer Army (SVA) has asked me to design a questionnaire to find out what would suit people in order for them to volunteer. The questionnaire will ask information about what time would suit them and what form of support can they provide. The data gathered from the survey will be analyzed and sent to the SVA board which can boost volunteer help. The more people that can volunteer there time and donate the more people the SVA can help. The SVA is focused on facilitating community action through youth engagement, preparing for disasters, and service. The Student Volunteer Army uses a non-profit website. People make non-profit websites to get attention to their cause and make it volunteer friendly. The more attention the website or cause gets the more donations and volunteers they get, which betters the cause.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to get an insight into whos currently looking at the website and who is volunteering. The SVA wants to identify the audience of there website as well as what suits people into volunteering. A good website is easy to read, follow, and is simple to understand. It should also include easy contact information and provide an in-depth look into what the cause provides. I'm also going to enquire how effective the website is and ask for improvements.
